Crosby, Stills and Nash

Crosby, Stills & Nash (CSN) is a folk rock supergroup made up of David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash, also known as Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young (CSNY) when joined by occasional fourth member Neil Young. They are noted for their intricate vocal harmonies, often tumultuous interpersonal relationships, political activism, and lasting influence on music and culture. All four members of CSNY have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice,[1] though Young’s multiple inductions were for work not involving the group.

I loved this as a an adolescent – who the heck would have thought that 40 years or so later it still has a message for us but from the dark side! I think being a parent is one of those little jokes midwives and obstetricians play on us at our most vulnerable moments and then they sit around with geriatricians in the pub laughing their heads off saying ‘Got another one coming your way Fred! Another one bites the dust’
